Meet my Swedish Hasbeens ... again!
I took them to Johnny's in Ballard to not only dye them from nude to black, but also to fix another sticking point: the shaft height. They cut them down so now they are 2 eyelets shorter. I was seriously holding my breath, praying I would be satisfied w. the outcome and I love them. Way less fussy, way more everyday - but cool - boots.

great that you are happy, they look really good.
i also had an issue with one of my favourite shoes not being black (the ones you asked me where they were from), but i loved them to much to get them dyed so i just bought similar and cheaper ones in black and it worked out great :)
